We had our siding and two windows replaced by Suncoast this spring (05/2024.) They did a wonderful job and we are very satisfied with every aspect of the work that was done. The staff was very professional and Suncoasts bid was the most competitive of the 3 proposals we received. I would highly recommend them.

I just have to say Suncoastâ s Team, Aaron, Carlos and Mario have gone above and beyond what was expected to make â everyâ homeowner in this 28 unit complex (The Marina Condos) very pleased and grateful our HOA board chose them. Their expertise and generosity has transformed this poorly neglected Condominium community into a stunning, fresh, modernized beauty that all of us are proud to come home to. Highly professional and eye for detail sets them above the rest. Aaron is the absolute best to work with and is extremely knowledgeable about his products. Carlos and Mario are excellent skilled craftsmen, that are so dependable and professional they make the project process easy to experience. My experience with Suncoast was great. John and owner and Jake my salesman were on top of everything and care about their work. I had them replace three gables, add a door to my backyard, and replace two thirds of my windows so far. Everything has been excellent, and I will definitely have them back to complete the rest of my windows later this year. I can also add that I shopped around on price with five or six different window companies before deciding on Suncoast. Their prices are very good, and they perform excellent workmanship.

Windows and Siding Install Suncoast Windows and Siding is a group of individuals who are highly professional, efficient, and transparent. From my first meeting with Aaron Bauer, one of the managing partners, I could tell there was a lot of expertise and experience in this company. My vintage 1950s house had not had any exterior remodeling (except roof) in over 20 years. Aaron not only thoroughly explained the process, he also sent to the house specific members of his team to assess all work and potential problems before I signed the contract. While I did not seek competing estimates on the siding (since I wanted the same company for both jobs), the cost of the windows was very competitive compared to other estimates I obtained for comparison. The window installation was done with speed and precision. The team, led by Roger, arrived about 9 a.m., and by 3:30, all 17 of my windows were removed and replaced, and with hardly any mess left behind. The process of replacing the siding was handled with similar expertise and detailed care by Dwayne, Greg, and Susan, who are as equally wonderful people as they are masters of their craft. The work they did was nothing short of transformative, and we now have undoubtedly the best-looking house on the street! My wife and I are so pleased.

We were very pleased with the exceptional work, top notch service, and quality workmanship in having our siding replaced. Our home looks incredible due to the attention to detail and the superb workers who installed the siding. Dwayne and Susan are such superb workers for the company...very personable, courteous, and conscientious on the job! Their attention to detail is noteworthy. The pricing was fair, even though we encountered some surprises along the way in needing to replace the entire chimney...but, their installers capably addressed the problem. They were also one of the only companies that would come out in a short time span to assist us in determining our needs before we finalized our settlement. Jake Tyrka was our salesman and primary contact during the process; he was very accommodating and handled our needs competently. He is an asset to the business. They certainly deserve the 5 star rating!
