I am satisfied with power washing of vinyl siding and concrete sidewalk. NOT satisfied power washing of treated wooden decks. Not clean enough to treat the wood. Had to clean myself. He really should not let people think his machine preps decks for treatment. NOT willing to offer reduced cost.

Gave me a fair price on the first return call. Came out in 4 days for work. Called when they were delayed. Did an excellent job, and were done the same day. They gave me a better price to add deck. The technician called me upon arrival to my home (as I was at work) and he was in contact with me during the process. He also sent me progress photos. And I was able to add additional cleaning areas during the visit and was very happy with the total cost. I can highly recommend Chad to anybody looking to get their home power washed.
