The work was great but my property was damaged and I was told that they tell you in the contract things might happen. I had a new hot tub that has tar drops on it grim the shingles. Part of my Japanese maple was killed by the tarp they covered it with. I was offered a $25 gift card. I declined.

Could not be happier with Sundance Homes. I was recently given a grant from my town for home revitalization and I had a few companies come out to give me an estimate on how to maximize the amount of money I was awarded. Out of about 4 companies who came out Sundance (Jason) was by far the most pleasant and most willing to truly work with my budget and maximize the number of windows I could get. Every company that came out quoted me for 5-6 windows, Sundance quoted me for the same amount of money but I got 10 windows. The work that was put into installing was beautiful and every person who worked on installing them was pleasant and took very good care of my farmhouse. Jason sat with me and within 15 minutes of me talking with him, I pretty much knew I wanted to do business with this company. Top to bottom my expectations were by far exceeded with Sundance. HIGHLY recommend using Sundance, and I will call them again for every home project in the future.

They did a really good job. They were able to complete the project in one day. They came during the Nor'easter storm and scooped all the snow off the roof to install the new roof.

Bathroom Remodel
Final work was great, thanks to the workers. The owner was not available to be "on the job" as he said he would. Took a day to put down tiles in one section of the house and had to be ripped up the next day to be done right. I ended up having to pay for the contractor's mistake. Again, the workers did a fantastic job.

"The owners existing concrete floor was 1" out of level and had to be leveled, this was not our fault and the owner was informed of the problem as soon as it was discovered. We took up the tile that was put down in the first room to level the floor and make things correct at no cost to her, the only cost she incurred was the labor and material to level the floor which I offered to split with her. The owner to this day has not paid us for the floor leveling so she did not pay for any mistakes or corrections. We strive to make every customer happy and every job great I am sorry she feels this way after not paying us for the job."

Outstanding. Jason understood exactly what were wanted, how it should be done and exacuited the job perefectly. Because my bride has Parkenson he fashioned a special handrail on the steps, an idea that had not occurrred to us. The job was done in a completely professional way on time and on budget. The owner, Jason, and his team were prompt, efficient, and prepared. Most of all, they knew what they were doing and did the job well. They were courteous and friendly without alot of chat during the work hours--working as an experienced team. The price was great and made the installation possible for me to enjoy an improvement to my home. All these factors make them the best choice in the area for home improvement/building projects!

From the first phone call from Jason this has been a very good experience. The time Jason spent with us to talk over different things about our home was very important to us.
