Sundance Windows and Remodeling has gratefully served the area since 1985. We will treat your home as if it were our own, (or better!). We offer quality workmanship at competitive prices. Our specialty is replacing windows to conserve energy, make your house more comfortable and look nicer! But we love to do those more challenging jobs too! Challenging project. Broken handle/locking mechanism on a security/ storm door. Company who had installed the door was no longer in business. Locksmith said problem was door, not lock, so I contacted Terry. The original door handle / lock was no longer available. Terry did some research and found parts that could be used to repair the handle and lock. Only other option would have been replacing the door which would have been much more expensive. No only handle / locks on the market would not fit the holes in the door. Took awhile to find, order and receive replacement parts, but Terry kept me informed.

I would absolutely recommend Sundance! Terry was very responsive, friendly and had very competitive prices. He was able to come out and get our window fixed quickly. Extremely knowledge and skilled at what he does! Great customer service.

Terry was very nice to work with and installed the skylights we wanted to replace. We had several other bids but chose Terry because of honesty and pricing. I highly recommend him if you need your Skylights repaired.

Terry and Diego did a great job. It was so unusual to have a piece of siding trim warp the way it did. This was an Alside install 12 years ago and probably should have been covered under warranty. Terry matched the vinyl trim and it looks great. Would highly recommend Sundance for your siding repairs.

They took the care of making sure the weather was warm enough to work with vinyl without breaking it. Very clear about what would be done and what the potential for increased cost might be (if there was significant damage under the siding). I will definitely contact them again if I need any more work done.

Honest to a fault, trust worthy and will do business them again Great employees,work preformed in a timely manor and with superior Quality. Terry is very very honest person. As are his crew, if you hire these guy's they won't be dissatisfied.
