After meeting with Jimmy, no other company stood a chance, because I knew what questions to ask. Great job! We love all the work.

Sundance did a good job. We were sold when they said they could handle the window replacement, siding replacement, and a couple of other miscellaneous things. It appears that they were knowledgeable, had a good product and we are pleased with the final appearance.

I would recommend Jim Thompson and crew to anyone thinking about replacing windows. They did a fantastic job from showing us the product, sharing ideas, to the end of installation. They always made us aware of what they would be doing and how they would be doing it. The installation crew was outstanding. Very polite, excellent work and always on the go at their job at hand. I never felt uneasy about having them in the home at any time and they went out of the way to clean up after their job. We are proud to have the Sundance sign in our front yard to show off the wonderful work.

Siding, windows and gutters. We did our homework-got 3 bids, studied each companies references and examples of work. Doug was NOT the cheapest-nor the highest-he was the smartest. He had the best references and the best experience. He even referred us to a lender that got us a loan the SAME DAY! Sometimes cheapest is NOT the best. The crews were friendly and worked very hard and most of all LISTENED to us. Awesome job, fair price, great work and friendly company. Highly recommend to anyone. It's worth paying slightly more to get attention and expertise. Cannot say enough good things. Thanks Doug, Jimmy, Brian, Kenny, Shawn and Josh! 5 stars!

Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace
The work Sundance did for us makes us feel like we are living in a totally new house and we did not have to move! We are very happy with Doug and his crews and the work they did. Very creative and innovative ideas. Small, locally owned company. We dealt directly with the owners in design and production. I would recommend Sundance to anyone with a home improvement project. Professional and personable.

Overall experience with Sundance was good. They installed 15 windows, replaced 2 exterior doors, 2 screen doors, and installed new gutters. The price was just slightly higher then the other bids we received. However, we felt the price was comparable and preferred to work with a smaller local company. The person we dealt with was trying to take on too many roles in the company. If the communication issues are resolved we would defiantly consider this company again. Cons: - Very slow returning calls - Estimated time frame for job to be completed was 3 weeks. Actual job was not started until 3 months later Pros: - Fair price - Friendly and professional - Installers were professional and cleaned up after their work - Fairly compensated us for the delay in installation
