Sundial Locksmith

They installed an electronic lock and re-keyed all my doors. I had a problem with the lock that they sold me and needed assistance. Their warranty that they do not tell you about until you have a problem is no existent. They demanded money to come out and service the lock that had a one year warranty on electronics from the manufacturer and lifetime warranty on all parts. He yelled at me stating he was no married to his service. I contacted Kwikset and received stellar service. The trouble shouted the lock and got it working. I registered my complaint with Kwikset and found out the had charged me 420.00 for a lock that should retail for under 100.00 dollars. So if you want to be ripped off by this company use them. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone. Kwikset offered to have another certified representative come at no charge, they said that they cover the cost of their actual representatives. So be cautious in hiring these people. Winona W.

Don't always rely on the appointment time set by HomeAdvisor. Contact the Home Pro and verify that all 3 of you have the same information. Sun Devil Locksmith, LLC took care of my problem quickly just not at the time I expected.
