I would recommend Sundog to anyone looking to install or upgrade a Home Theater system. I used them to do an upgrade to our Home Theater system. They completed the work when they said they would and are very friendly and professional. Install cost came in lower than the original quote. Products used were top of the line and they actually give multiple quotes using different equipment so you have an option on what you want to install. The new system is everything I imagined it would be. Will use them again if the need arises.

Service was great and products used were perfect for our set up.

They could have charged me a lot more but didn't. I was impressed by that.

Excellent service and installation!

I contacted Scoob and he gave me an estimate, I agreed to the estimate and he came in and did the work. I will use noone else for any audio visual work in my home except Scoob. He was outstanding in all areas. I can't rate him high enough and i am a very difficult person to do business with.

His price is very competitive and the products he uses are very well made, and I could research information on them easily. He knows the business and takes pride in his work. We got 3 bids all in person, all were very competitive, we went with Sundog because of the professional approach they took, both with the scope of the job and the simple explanation of the installation. They showed up ON TIME, completed the job as promised and made sure we understood how to operate the new equipment. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in home entertainment installation.

The contractor was unable to perform all parts of the job he was hired to complete. Of the 3 parts of the job: (1) he successfully installed outdoor speakers, although the volume is odd; (2) he was unable to completely install the wireless component of my computer (I successfully cmpleted the work myself by subsequently spending 3 hours on the phone with Dell support, which I also paid for); and (3) the all-in-one remote control he was to program does not work as it is supposed to (he attempted to fix it but gave up). While he did spend considerably more time than he expected trying to get things to work as intended, he ending up giving up the effort and discounting his rate (but for the extra time he spent). I've had no follow-up from him. He simply took the money I paid and left the job unfinished.
