This company admitted windows were installed improperly and attempts to correct problem with air seepage failed! Currently refusing to respond to correct problem. No respect for well being during single digit and below zero temperatures in the heart of winter. I purchased two windows and they both have substantial amount of air leeks. Terrible products and customer service!!!!!

Hi Carla our records show that the 2 windows were installed in 2018, and nothing was mentioned until last winter. Last year we sent a service technician to add extra window insulation however we do not show a record of improper installation. It is very likely being caused by poor wall insulation or improperly latching the locks. If the windows are defective we can help you file a warranty claim feel, free to contact us if you need assistance.

Zack is fantastic, he knows his business, he has one great crew, very polite, answered all our questions with yes mam and yes sir, cleaned up every night left nothing out, they did an excellent job. If I could give them 10 stars I would, so very glad we went with them

Zack went out of his way to get our roof covered when our insurance company denied our claim. He met with the insurance adjuster and got them to cover everything in full. We now have a brand new roof and upgraded gutters! No more leaks or damaging the foundation. The Crew was very fast and clean! The job took 7 hours from start to finish pretty impressive. I recommend them to everyone!
