He was recommended by my contractor, who is also a crook. Carlos sent his team out to remove existing panels for my re roof. They put the panels back on incorrectly and incompletely. Had to hire a real company to redo it all. New company said the installers did such a bad job with exposed wired that it could have caught the roof on fire. He kept making promises to make it right then just ghosted us. You owe me money back that I paid you and the money I paid the real company to fix your mistakes. Total Piece of S! Avoid at all costs

Carlos is very responsive so far. My panels are installed but I have not been inspected by the city yet so obviously have not been hooked up to my electric company.

I worked with Matt Dunbar of Sunenergy. Matt was so nice, honest, dedicated, and always was on time for appointments. He promptly returned my calls. Matt showed up on the site to make sure everything was going well. Sunenergy installed a new roof and dealt with my solar co (Sunrun) regarding my roof solar panels. I do not recommend Sunrun what so ever. I can't say enough about Matt's dedication and professionalism to his clients and job. His company actually deserves a 10 rating.
