I interviewed 3 other companies and was please with the answers I received from Paul. He was honest and after the work was complete indicated the roof needed many more tiles to be replaced than expected. This was all done at the original price no extra charge. Their team was courteous and completed the job on a Sunday partially due to the extra work that was required. Very pleased!

When I was driving home about a month ago I saw a roofing company doing a roof about two blocks from my house. I stopped and talked with one of the workers. I asked him for the information on the company. He gave me the information I needed. It was the Sunland Development Corporation, roofing division. I called and spoke to Paul Halmrast and asked him to come and give me an estimate. When he came he went up on my roof and came down several minutes later. He asked me if I had any leaks and I told him no. He said I could probably go another two years. I told him the house was 21 years old and I probably needed to do it now. I told him I would get some more estimates and would get back with him. I have representatives from nine other companies and Paul's estimate was by far the best and was using the best materials available. Before I call Paul I check with my neighbor and she said she had no complaints and was very happy with the work. I called Paul and we set up for a date to have the work done. They were there promptly and cleaned up every day before they left. He said it would be about four days to finish. On the second day they worked past their normal quitting time. When they came back on the third day, they went right to work. They finished up and said the roof was complete. Paul came and checked the work. He was satisfied and we we completely satisfied with the work. Well done Paul. I will definitely recommend his company to all my friends

We received quotes from several vendors and chose Sunland Development. We were impressed by Pauls throughness and expertise. Upon inspecting our roof he noticed a flaw in the slope on part of the roof that was added during a room addition we done several years ago. He outline a fix that he incorporated in the roofing quote and it was still competetive with other vendors who never caught this flaw. His crew was great and the job was done on time with good cleanup. A top notch company with excellent customer service.
