Frankie and his team did an amazing job on our house. Our tile roof had not been cleaned in over 30 years, and it was covered in dirt and moss. After calling multiple vendors, we went with Sunlite because they gave us the most honest quote. No run around, and no games. He patiently answered all of our questions and set our expectations (only to exceed them later). I cannot recommend Frankie and Sunlite enough.

Their equipment was top of the line, they showed up early and after receiving several estimates from other companies their price was more than reasonable. Our roof and driveway look great and they cleaned up the entire perimeter of the house to better than before they arrived. a Great job!
