Very professional and timely. Sergei was very responsive to questions and finished on time. Quality was very good. As for value, as one of the other posters noted, they were not the cheapest, so i cannot necessarily compare but they were the most responsive so for me that was everything. Having hired many contractors for many different jobs, Service Magic rated ones have not disappointed, and Sunny House was one of the best.

Our first major contruction on our new house...cant tell you how happy I am we chose Sunny House...heard horror stories and Sergei and his crew put them all to rest...Sergei is straightforward, honest and fair.....Not the cheapest, so if that what your looking for move on...but the quality of the work top notch and the finished product exceeded our expectations....what I really liked also was the carpenters were very considerate of our household, cleaned up every night as if they werent there...this was important to us as we have lil ones running around

I use ratings all the time, so I wanted to give back so that it may help those of you looking to do some work. I hired Sunny House as the President of a Board of a Condo complex to replace 18 small decks. I dealt with Sergei who is one of the co-owners. He was always responsive, on time and on-schedule. The crew that did the work was clean and professional, even for some of the difficult owners here. They always look out for cost effective alternatives depending on your budget, but Sergei was able to show us exactly what things would look like when complete, along with some great design options. I have hired them again for other work!
