Getting a new roof is something we all dread. So I prayed and Sunny’s SKYLINE ROOFING and Construction came up on my screen. I left my info and the next morning I talked to Sergio. I was Scheduled for a home visit. Sergio told me a little about their business and I was impressed. Jordan arrived the next day and boy did I get an education. He made sense and I was sold. Because of rain they started the Next Day and in comes Ivan who is a supervisor . He got the roof put on. The whole thing was like music in motion everybody knows their job and along the way I got pictures and explanations of everything that was going on. The whole experience was a real pleasure and I owe it all to Jordan, Sergio, and Ivan. They are a credit to the company and roofing business in general. My thanks to Sunny Skyline R & C for having a company that takes care of the people and not just the roof. It will be my pleasure to recommend this company Because they do it RIGHT

I was not convinced at first. I’ve seen many companies that take advantage of people. But I’ve never seen a company that allows people to take advantage of a good service they provide. Really outstanding Mr. Sergio. I appreciate all you and Miguel have done including getting my home Sun-graded and brought up to code. Thanks again guys

A fool and his money are soon parted. I am pretty sure I was the fool who was separated from his money here. Despite my research on the practices associated with roof repair, I trusted and made two hasty decisions that probably cost me an extra $10K, even though I had plenty of reason to be suspect. The cheerful slick rep proved to be very good at closing the deal and sale. The workmanship was just as hasty and did not focus on quality or doing it correctly. They were quick to cover up what had been done and seemed put out when I did catch things that were not being done as promised or correctly. The also did not install all of the Ridge Venting that was quoted in the job and broke a gutter brace without repairing it. The location was far from spotless, but I expected that. There were extended periods when the Sunny Skyline rep was gone to go get supplies or something and he was the only one who spoke English. I do NOT recommend this company.

I recently had my entire roof replaced by Sunny Skyline Roofing & Construction. Sergio provided a quote of $14,910.00. I had already obtained 3 other quotes ranging from $14,300 to $16,470 and proceeded with Sergio's proposal. After signing, Sergio informed me later that day about additional issues found with the decking, which needed replacement. He stated that I needed an additional 800 square feet of decking which would cost $5,200. Talk about ?bait and switch? because now the project has increased to $20,000 instead of $14,910.00 originally quoted. I signed the revised agreement, as the work had already begun. They are entitled to a profit but please don?t ?rip off? customers through inflated or deceptive pricing. I give them an (A) for Workmanship, an (A-) for Clean-Up because the crew left bits of insulation in my back yard, and a (B-) for Cost/Transparency due to the additional THOUSANDS of dollars it cost me through their bait and switch tactic.

Roofing came out immaculate, great communication with Sergio, above and beyond explaining the materials that were being installed on my roof including the plywood. AMAZING LOW PRICING with low monthly payments!! Honestly overall great experience highly recommend Sunny Skylines!! Thank you Sergio!!

Very satisfied with the work done at my house, they are professional and very attentional to my request's they finish the job on time and left my place clean, I will recommend them to my family and friends.
