Jay Hughes is the owner and has over 35 years experience doing electrical. We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity and quality work. I was having the exterior of my house re stuccoed and painted when the need for an electrician arose. I didn't want to delay the current project so was grateful to Sunnydale Electric for sending out Dan S. within an hour of my first call. He was polite and professional. He was able to complete the electrical work in a timely manner allowing the painter to get back to work. I would definitely hire again.

"We were contacted by HomeAdvisor on the 10th. That same afternoon we were scheduled to go to your house to do the work only to have you cancel us before we did. So why the poor review? This is the email I received from our office the morning of the 10th. "I scheduled you to go to her house today at 3pm, becuse she?s in Durham and on your way home. She has a stairwell hanging light that has come loose and a ceiling fan that needs to be replaced. **she MAY have someone coming today to get it done for her, but they haven?t been reliable so she has us as a backup**" So how is it we need to work on our customer service?"
