I have now hired Aidan and his crew 3 times. I am a restoration architect and own a townhouse in the Park Slope landmark district and wanted to use a contractor that I do not typically do business with on a professional basis. The project was filed with the Landmarks Preservation Commission and required rigorous matching of three types of stone. Sunnyside did an excellent job of matching the stone and also addressed the spalls, mortar joints and displaced stone on the facade. Aidan is a professional, a gentlemen and a pleasure to work with. His crew which includes his brothers are equally professional and courteous. I waited to write this review to see if the work and relationship could be maintained over the long term. It has.

Aiden and his crew did a job on our front yard and backyard. We were very pleased with they work ethic, quality of their work and final result was amazing! We would highly recommend therm!!!

Aidan was great to work with and his workers were excellent. Our yard had a big, ancient patio of large, uneven bluestone. I wanted the yard to look "home-made" - as it was -but the stone was so uneven it was a tripping hazard. Aidan had his workers dig up the the bluestone and 8 inches of dirt. (I needed to terrace the very back of the yard, which sloped and had exposed tree roots, so instead of carrying all the soil out through the house - a brownstone in Brooklyn - the workers put about a third of it in the back and even leveled it out for me.) The 20 X 22 patio area was filled with crushed stone, then sand, then two men spent a few more days carefully and artfully re-laying the stone. They replaced some moss-covered edging I had grown attached to and even thoughtfully placed bricks that were dug up as borders around the plantings. Without being asked! There was a bit of miscommunication about exactly where the stone was to have ended but, when I noticed it AFTER all was finished, Aidan sent his men back the next day to put it right. No hassles. I don't think there would have been any problem if Aidan had been here, but he had to be away because he became a father in the middle of the job. I recommend him highly.

Highly recommend. They fit me in the day after I called and did fast, neat and high quality work. Reasonable quote. Great customer service. Will use every time. Canâ t recommend highly enough.

Good experience. Needed to have an exterior glass block wall resealed. Emails/texts were generally responded to promptly. Workers showed up on time and the work was professionally done. Would hire them again.

Aidan and Johann are awesome! They are professional and efficient - Due to COVID, they were flexible to do a high-level estimate over text messages with picture of the work needed. The scheduling was easy and efficient. I had some "surprises" with the work my building was doing, and had to delay the installation. They were flexible and work with me (and my building) to get this done to minimize the impact to our lives. Thank you so much for being professional, diligent (with details) and efficient.

Aiden and his team responded quickly, stuck to their estimate, and provided a very high quality repair. While a small job replacing a couple window lintels, they were able to carefully salvage the old brick and provide for a near invisible repair. We are quite pleased with the result, the service, and the price.
