I had a very bad leak and I knew the rains would start in three days. Erich was terrific. He sympathized with my predicament and had the guys out there the very next day. I had my roof up before the rain started! Thank God. I had 4 estimates and Erich was definitely in the fairest range pricewise. The roof looks great, my leak is gone. The crew was very pleasant and respectful. It was a pleasure to do business with Erich. All in all I can say getting a new roof was more a pleasure and relief than the nightmare it could have been. Thank you Erich and Sunquest Builders and Home Advisor.

Professional, responsive, honest. Erich is a delight to work with! This is a large condominium complex and there was considerable work in simply evaluating the roofs on 189 units. He explained the roofing terms and the work needed. We want to use him for all our future roofing repairs and replacements.

I selected Sunquest Builders primarily because they responded quickly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Erich Sr.(owner) and Erich Jr.(manager) were both personally involved in my project to make certain it was completed to my satisfaction. Follow-up is a high priority for me and their follow-up on communication and job completion was excellent. I recieved several bids however am confident I selected the right company. I highly recommend them.

Upon submitting a request for a contractor, I had 3 professionals calling. Erich with Sunquest was the most professional. He submitted a bid that explained each step and he went the extra mile to drop off roofing samples at different times. Sunquests prices were in the middle of other bids if not better with the discount coupon. I chose Sunquest and the job was finished immediately and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Sunquest. way overpriced for what they did for us. Plus we or our insurance has yet to receive a bill. The young man that was sent to us was very nice but seemed some what unknowledgable as to billing and cost of project.

Looking at the roof, the work looks good. But I won't know for sure until it rains. My concern is that they are not responsive. They splashed tar or something on my brand new white garage door. I left numerous messages and even an email asking them to stop by and clean it. No response. Again, if the workmanship is as good as it looks, then I'm happy with the roof (except for the tar that is on my garage). ***It's the lack of response that I don't like***

Very good at responding to my questions and request for documents over the phone. Some miscommunication between us was resolved in a timely and fair manner by the contractor. I would recommend and use them again.

I will only know for sure whether my roof is completely fixed when we have another heavy rain, but so far the leaks appear to be gone.

Sunquest was first to respond. All Seasons e-mail 4-5 days later and called a week after that. No one else communicated with me. Erich presented a good image, was helpful and explained the situation clearly. I would recommend them again.
