We just spent over $4000 to replace our whole panel 1 week ago and the main breaker just blew. Itâ s in the middle of the night and the emergency number is just an answering machine. Canâ t believe this is only 1 week and already problems.

Alex was very professional. He did a thorough exam of my electrical panel before beginning work and made some very good recommendations. He completed all of the work I had requested. Our service technician Henry was extremely knowledgable and friendly. His workmanship was the best I have used in a very long time. I would highly recommend this company to do any type of electrical work you need. We had installed a new plugin for our new portable generator. I could not stay for the run through but my wife did and she was 100% satisfied with how easy it was for her to learn. Henry took the time to explain very patiently the process. If I am not at home during an emergency I can rest a lot easier knowing she can safely operate our new generator. Thank You Sunrise for hiring quality and professional people such as Henry. I needed diagnostics and repairs of a doorbell that ceased to function after pressure washing of the home; we replaced the bell, but it was still not functional. Brett quickly found and repaired the issue. He also found a problem with the 20 year old surge protector, which was double tapped to the main breaker. He installed a new surge protector and removed it from the main breaker. I did not even know this was a problem, as the home inspector had not discussed it with us when we purchased a year ago. I greatly appreciate that Brett was not only polite and punctual, but that he could make needed recommendations about an unrelated issue that will likely save me a lot of money in the future!

He installed a fan that has the capability to dim the lights but the dimming did not work and he made no effort to determine why or correct the problem. It was an up scale Hunter fan.
