I recommend this contractor. His price is comparable cheaper than other and his work quality is very good.

small project, new front sidewalk from front door to driveway. Approximately 25 feet total. Work went well with delay in receiving new concrete. Vendor said truck broke down causing 3 hour delay. Other wise work was done to my satisfaction. Clean up was very well done. Recommend work for future projects.

Do not hire this service. He came to my home on Tuesday with a quote and said he d start prepping on Wednesday. He never showed; them committed to Thursday by noon because he needed to take care of his horses. I called him at 12:41 because he still wasn t at my home; he said he was an hour away. I got home and noticed the forms were up and done as I liked for the concrete but he had not dug any of the grass for the project which is a necessity when pouring concrete. If you do not take out the grass the concrete will potentially shift and crack from growth. The sad part is in his quote he mentioned the sod being moved because I asked for him to save some for bald spots in my yard and he agreed. Yet when I mentioned the grass needed to be removed based on our conversation and doing it correctly he became annoyed. He first said he d put done landscape plastic and give me a warranty which i knew 5 years from now he is likely not to be in business by his work practices and demeanor. He said if he took the sod out he needed more money and said he d do what he promised for another $500. I m not sure why he thought this was okay to not do the job right and ask for more money probably because knowing I was on a time restraint. He became very unprofessional and juvenile when I asked him to leave if he couldn t do it correctly and what he said he was going to do. He tried to taunt me unsuccessfully thanks to age and not being bothered by others foolishness and said I don t go to your job and tell you what to do and moving his hands saying yes so what else what else say something else and and and and like a child. I asked him to get his things and leave my property because he was being very disrespectful. Again do not hire Sunrise Foundation, Marco lacks ethics, knowledge and maturity. I would have given a 0 but the system insisted I give something which is why it s 0.5 vs 0.0.

They were on time and they knew what they were doing. As well left my house clean. If I ever have another job I am sure I am going to call them.
