Tommy Hooper came to inspect a home I was looking to buy. I cannot say enough about Tommy and the service he preformed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Tommy was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. On a cold, windy spring day Tommy showed up and almost immediately offered a coffee, delivered by his wife who went out of her way to get us warm drinks. Tommy also carefully communicated each step of the process and clearly conveyed his observations, both orally and in his written report making it easy to be confident in what we needed to negotiate with the seller. Tommy was reassuring about simple cosmetic damages and very accommodating to the fact that we were pursuing a FHA laon which has stricter apprisal requirements. Tommy also had a genuine kindness that made him very relatable and easy to work with as well as an authentic excitement about the home we were purchasing which made us at ease and more excited about our purchase. Lastly, as we are moving to the area, Tommy offered recommendations on a good place for dinner and offered his kind welcome to the community. Tommy was outstanding in his professionalism and performance as an inspector as well as his genuine kindness. I highly recommend Tommy for home inspections.

Tommy is personable, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough and detail oriented. He is a very good communicator, beat me to the location and had already introduced himself to the realtor and homeowner, and was beginning the inspection. The scope and detail of the report was well beyond my expectations. It was also designed well and was very easy for me to understand and focus on the various levels of importance. The photos were all clearly captioned with arrows provided. I couldnâ t be more satisfied with my home inspection.

Not only was Tommy incredibly thorough and clear with his home inspection report - including calling us half way through it, and coming back to walk us through it (at no charge!) after we moved in to our new home. He is the BEST!!!!!!

Do you have 3-4 hours for a home inspection? If you don't you won't get the most thorough inspection from an individual ever. Sunrise showed up as scheduled. Folks were personable and extremely easy to work with, even came out on a Saturday to facilitate our schedule. Inspection was complete, accurate, report easy to read and understand. I would not hesitate to use Sunrise Home Inspection Services on future projects.

Tommy went above and beyond! He helped us out with an annoying problem even after we moved in. Excellent service!

Tommy did our home inspection, then did the follow up walk through since we lived out of state. He had to travel a little since our home is in Santa Fe and he lives in Las Vegas. The day we moved in at 11:00 at night the smoke detectors started beeping. I called him the next morning not knowing who else to call (high ceilings). He came over changed all 11 detectors and refused to charge us. If I needed heart surgery and he was a cardiac surgeon I would ask him to do it. It would be done timely, accurately and the follow up would be great. Hire him!

Tommy did an amazing job, my family can feel at peace now that Tommy did the inspection. He was friendly, responsive, and thorough. Will be using his services again!
