Sunrise Lawns Landscape & Irrigation

Hired sunrise for 3 years in a row and then last year I noticed a piece from my irrigation system was missing from the blowout. I called to see if they had the piece or replace it. The owner told me to go to menards and buy it. After 3 phone calls they finally replaced the specialized piece you can't just buy at menards. Disappointed.

Sunrise came out to our home, constructed a unique and logical design. They executed everything we discussed right down to the smallest detail. Great crew and Owner. Could not be happier.

Rude unsatisfactory work, very messy. One year later starting to rip curb out it is falling apart. There response we do not guarantee are work. The curb is discolored cracked and flaking bad.

Prompt next day service.

If you hire this company, be VERY explicit EXACTLY what you expect to be done. We weren't and got half the job we were expecting for full price agreed to. Make sure, before signing the check, you walk the project with them to MAKE SURE what you wanted was, in fact, DONE. We learned a $5600. bad lesson.

So honestly it is too early to answer any of these questions honestly. They were the only company out of 5 others that listened to my instructions, designed a plan and delivered it. Two had no communication, 2 drew up plans that had little to nothing I asked for, and this one listened to everything, took notes and had all the features I asked for. Now we will see what the delivery is like. Look most of the companies in this area do not follow through and make promises then don't keep them. In almost 15 years I've only found a handful worth their salt! I don't think it is much to ask to communicate, follow-through and listen. If you do that you're basically in the top ten of hudson businesses!
