Hired Sunrise Ponds and Falls to rebuild our pond. The owner of the business, Michael, ups and disappears half way through, would not answer texts, emails and phone calls. Actually thought he would died! Had to go to his house to find him, came out and put finishing touches on and said let me know if you have problems. We did. Major leaks and we were right back to where we were before we hired him. Tried to contact him again but no luck at all. Has totally disappeared again. No response on text, calls, emails or even a letter for months. So totally unprofessional and totally unreliable!! Had to hire a different company to come out to fix our pond and found out there were several leaks and really shoddy work. Spending thousands to repair what he did. Totally frustrated and do not recommend Sunrise Ponds and Falls to anyone. Hire at your own risk!!
