Jim worked around my schedule , was on time, cleaned up afterwards and did not flinch when i asked him to install my front door latch. he removed and replaced 14 interior doors, painted them, and put new handles on them in record time at a good price . very detailed oriented, pleasant to work with . i will use him again !!!!

The man is hard working, meticulous, courteous and an excellent boss who keeps his crew on task and checks their work to ensure it meets his very high standards. They ripped laminate flooring and carpet out of the entire home and installed new laminate flooring. The job they did is amazing. I have dealt with quite a few contractors in the area and none come close to quality, fair pricing, and just the overall excellent service experience you'll get with Jim Raymond and Sunrise Renovations. Absolutely perfect!!!

Jim is a very honest person; up front about what needs to be done for a job, very cost-effective and provides high quality work - and good clean-up as well. Started out using for a drywall ceiling patch; learned he has skills in many "handy man" and small construction projects, and hired him also to install a entry-to-outside main door and storm/screen door. I am very pleased with all work and price(s), and he'll be my "go-to guy" for all needs in the future. I very highly recommend him.
