One window was installed which was cracked. Although they did not tell me, when I pointed it out they came out the next day with a replacement.

Very professional installation. No delays or problems. One small window was not ordered correctly. They came back and quickly fixed the situation. The quality of window is good. Noticeable reduction in heat penetration.

Just compared June 2021 and June 2020 electric bills. So far 2021 we continue to break heat records and yet my kwh used went down 320 kwh with the new windows and the house feels cooler with the same settings since heat is no longer radiating off the windows. The new windows are cool to the touch even when the west facing windows are blasted with the afternoon sun. I no longer need solar screens and heavy window coverings causing a cave-like living space. Now I see out the windows and discovered I have a covey of quail in my yard. Took Sunscape 2 days to complete 20 windows in late May, but it is certainly paying off now, particularly in my comfort indoors as I escape the sweltering heat.

We hired Bud Gullery from Sunscape Windows and Doors. He personally came ot our home for a quote which was half the price of the competitors, his crew was in our home three weeks later installing the same quality windows. The worked all day and did not stop until the job was done. They were clean, professional, and friendly. We were very impressed with his straight forward price, honesty, and quality of work. The windows have made 100% difference in the temperature of our home. They block the heat as promised and keep the cold out. They are a huge improvement over the aluminum frames we had before. I would highly recommend this team.

Slow start. Only two people showed up initially to start the job. Two more showed up later in the day. Took a little longer than expected, but they got the job done in one day as promised. Minor issues yet to be worked out, but overall, very happy with the windows and our choice.

Good warranty and value and started quickly after making a deal. Made quite a few over cuts but sent someone out to repair them after. Solid company.

I am very pleased with the product and quality of windows they use. They are very friendly and easy to get in contact with to answer any questions i had about the windows. The installers were very professional and called me to let me know they were running late and what time they would be at my house to put in the windows. I would highly recommend this place.

These windows are not cheap but they are very high quality and we are extremely pleased with them. The salesman was nice and friendly but the fact he had to call in for pricing was off-putting a bit. Other than that everything was perfect and the windows really are very good.

The salesman said they would paint over the mortar if I had the paint but the workers didn't know anything about this and said the mortar had to dry first. I was promised someone would come out to paint but no one ever called to schedule. They have come out twice to replace the sliding door handle which has broken twice under light normal use. I do like the quality of the windows.

This was the best work crew, fun and efficient. Six windows installed in under 3 hours and it was not an easy job! They look beautiful. Great company and best windows ever.

I interviewed and sat thru three window company sales pitches and we all know how fun those can be. I choose Sunscape because of the color offered, the fast timing that the job would be done, it's a locally owned company, the warranty and most of all the price seemed very fair. I had 4 windows and 1 sliding door.
