Everything connected to the workmanship was as expected. The only bad comment I have is the sales pitch. I was told my first payment was going to be two months after installation, but the financing institution started charging me immediately after the job was done. I suppose, that if I do not start making my payments, then I start getting a bad record on my credit rating.

Quick to secure a contract. Had to locate the person that was supposed to come out and measure my windows (set up for a Saturday appt. and forgot about the appt.) Had to repeatedly contact to set up an installation date and then was contacted multiple times to confirm the same appt. Installers removed all windows first. I had security sensors on the original windows. Several were destroyed/lost during the window removal. The installers did manage to install the windows on one of the bathrooms first so the bathroom could be used during the rest of the installation. The installers decided to take a break, around 11:30. They wanted to go and get lunch and come back and eat, **No more than half an hour!** They did not make it back until 1 PM. So There I sat in a house with no windows and having dust and crap blowing into every opening. When they came back they did not apologize just went about working as if they had always been there. There were a couple of windows that were not the right size, even though they were **custom made** according to measurements taken. So there were gaps ranging from what looked like half a quarter of an inch to half an inch. Gobs of caulking and all better. The one bathroom window, that was installed, first, when I did a walk around, the outside frame, on the house, was smashed to get the window to fit. I was told it was fine, they caulked the top and side so water will not get in. However that does not account for the cracks in the frame where it has been snapped in half, on all four sides. It has been over a week since the installation and the caulking they applied around some of the windows is cracking and will need to be re-sealed. There has been no follow-up by the company on how things went and that should tell you a lot as well.

When I scheduled a consultation for a quote and after I thought - sweet baby Jesus what am I getting into. This company is going to charge me an arm and a leg. Hector showed up, introduced himself and provided background information on the company, it is family owned. He proceeded to not only explain why the windows were a better quality, he demonstrated it. I had 2 other quotes, SEARS, the only brand that has a similar window with the same guarantee was double the price. I purchased the windows, and I am impressed. The crew came out, they were respectful, friendly and funny. They completed the job, a total of six windows (with wrought iron) in about 5 hours. You get what you pay for, I will be returning to purchase a sliding door. GREAT JOB GUYS!

The replacement windows are excellent. The crew arrived on time and stayed to finish installing the new windows in one day. The crew were friendly, polite, and professional. They took down my curtains and put them back up before they left for the day. I am very pleased with the final results.

This company was very professional. it took less than 2 weeks for the who;e process...AND, the windows are guaranteed for life!

While I was disappointed that the windows didn't have the colonial grids that I had ordered, they look nice. I do need a repair in one of the bathroom windows. They broke loose the tiles that were in front of the window and it needs to be sealed.

They look beautiful!! These Windows really keep the heat and cold out and my refrigeration unit doesn’t go on all the time. This has been a very good investment. Only one problem, I wish I had gotten the white, but the almond color is still gorgeous. I am one satisfied customer. My family and friends like them a lot.
