Sunset Moving And Storage Group, Inc.

They are puntual and responsible

Excellent and Quick

Low ball quote which came out 3x the price. Be careful! Lots of add ons?for instance hanging pictures? extra.

Not worth my time to explain further!

na

Excellent staff and helpful

Easy to work with!

Worst move we've had. They didn't show the day they were supposed to. Underestimated our things. Had to make two trips over different days. Never on time. Broke many items. Workers were cordial but organization as a whole extremely unprofessional.

The movers were good and went right to work. There was some confusion and miscommunication with the move date due to the sudden death of the owner. The move was completed on time. My only problem is the I was charged $200 for packing that did not occur. When I spoke with there representative about it, I was told I would be reimbursed as they did not do the packing. I have tried to contact them several times, but have not heard from them. Other than that, it was a good move.

I had such an enjoyable experience because of this moving company! Four men helped me move and they were not only extremely efficient, but also very friendly and nice! I would recommend this moving company to everyone!

Worst experience I have ever had. I would not wish this company on anyone.

Terrible. I went with them because they gave me a great estimate for a 2 bedroom apartment with stairs moving to a single story family home. The problem is they sent two guys who were milking the time when I had already packed everything in the house as conveniently as possible. I staged everything and furniture got damaged, boxes were crushed even when labeled FRAGILE. I was quoted for the minimum plus travel time and the owner, Edgar, wanted to make sure I was charged double the time and wanted more money before finishing the job. Basically, he threatened to not unload the truck and not reassemble my furniture/bed. Edgar is greedy and not a good business person. Pay a little more for a more reputable company if you do not want a headache.

They did a great job! perfect 5 stars!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not touch it! Did not do the job, broke the furniture, and get the money before the finish... otherwise, they leave the furniture in the street. It was a nightmare for me!

Very good

The two men who came to remove my living room set certainly knew what they were doing because it took them very little time to take the sofa sleeper out and the arm chair, Very pleasant men and very respectful.

Underestimated time to complete the move. I ended up paying almost twice as much. 3 movers were required for this job.

They never showed up after taking a $50 deposit. Try to imagine the problems that we had when all the things to be moved were already in our garage ready to be picked up and the moving company did not come. You should definitely remove them from your list of companies offering business through your website.

Provided a responsible quote and completed the move the next day. Efficient and professional.

The guys did a great job. I felt bad because they had a hard time finding my home. I did tell the person I spoke to originally to not use the MapQuest system, it doesn't work for Lakeside Villas. But other than that all was good and I will recommend them to friends and family. And I will try to use them for my next move.

They are not careful enough with furniture to avoid damaging the furniture. They also leave marks on freshly painted walls. The furniture was less than a year old.

I hired Sunset. Great job and on time. My issue is that Adios moving showed up, without ever speaking to them. Tried to take the job from Sunset. Told Adios to leave. As they were leaving, one of the movers said "Hope the company they hired doesn't show."

My move from Kendall to Orlando went super well ! We had rain, moving some items to storage and a 3rd floor With no elevator .. and the team was great! Appreciate their hard work & Brian , Carlos , Jean. was reassuring during the whole process! Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. quoted $465 for an apartment move and charged me $1,350 when was the time of unpacking. If I would pay in adavance they would not unload MY furniture from truck. guys did an amazing job but VENEZUELAN owner do not deserve not even 1 star review. WORST company.
