This guy is not professional; I I hired him for a kitchen remodel. He got 2/3 of the money, came late almost every day, left early and after 1month 1/2 he left the project unfinished because he is moving out of state due to "being homeless, his wife and him split and she emptied his bank account". He did not pay the granite counter top subcontractor while he already took half of the countertop balance which he required at start. Mr. Jim Mueller did not complete my project and left all the trash in my yard and deck. I filed a claim against him with the BBB, and there is an alert on the BBB website against him! I will not recommend him at all.

Even though he was working on my jobs and he was paid, I never had his attention. He made me feel like my job was interfering with whatever he was doing.

No nonsense. Did exactly what he said he would do. Was on time, personable and completed the work in the time frame he said he would. I felt comfortable with him being in my home.

Failure to follow up after the service. Failed to show up and fix issues as promised, even when time/date was scheduled. Refused to return phone calls.

WAS THERE WHEN HE SAID, DID QUALITY WORK, SAVED ME MONEY AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Jim was responsive and did great work. When there was a delay in the delivery of the window we ordered, he let us know what was happening. He even put on new molding for us to replace the ugly box around our existing window. We'll be using him for all our windows as we replace them, and will recommend him to anyone that asks.

SHOWED UP ON TIME, CLEANED UP WHEN FINISHED AND DONE EXCELLENT WORK.

They did a great job. Jim was polite and answered all of my questions. Returned phone calls promptly. Would recommend Sunset Services to all my friends. I love my new windows.

Excellent in every way

I think they did a great job with the installation and repair. The price was a little to high.

When we first met Jim we liked him immdediately. In our contract Jim promised to replace ALL rotting wood. He got the siding up quickly and the windows well those took longer than we expected and we ran into problems with the way he fixed a side window. (He eventually fixed it correctly at least on the inside of the house). All is finished and it took about 6 weeks. We are not satisfied with the results. The paint that he did is not good. You can tell where he stopped and started especially when the sun is shining on it. He DID NOT replace All rotting wood on the house. Especially around the windows. Needless to say we need to repaint!

Jim is professional and does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. He replaced two windows at my home and did an excellent job. All debris was removed, and the windows are beautiful. I will definitely use Jim again for future repair work on my home.

This is the second time Jim Mueller has replaced a window in my home. He has always been courteous and punctual, returns my calls promptly and is willing to work around my schedule to get the work done.

I am very pleased with Sunset Services and will call with all my Home Repair needs.

Our job was small; replace 3 windows. After the initial meeting and window order, I had to call him 3 times to ask for appointments. He didn�t initiate a call once, but reaching him was easy and when he did finally come out, the work was completed to my satisfaction. Followup - We just had our house inspected and the inspector noticed that one of the replaced windows doesn't have any gasket on it at all. The window just sits and rattles in the framing. 3 windows replaced, only 1 done correctly.

Fixed our stairs that had separated from the wall and installed a faucet in the kitchen. Larry did an excellent job.

Jim certainly knows how to take care of the customer and get the job done the right way.

Jim called immediately after I placed a call to Service Magic and came to my house the same day to provide an estimate. He followed up with a written estimate the next day and ordered the new window which arrived a week later. The window has been replaced and looks great. Jim is a knowledgeable and courteous professional and I look forward to working with him on other projects in my home.
