I realized my fridge was not cold inside. I contacted Sunshine Appliance online and received a call from them within a few minutes. The scheduled a tech to come that day. The tech arrived in the scheduled time. He was clean and very nice. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He didn't have the part with him but was able to locate one nearby. He left and returned in a short time with the part, installed it, and it fixed the problem! They charged a reasonable price. I was very happy that my fridge could be fixed. This happened on a Friday just a few days before Christmas, and Sunshine Appliance replied to my request for service, scheduled an appointment that same day (just a few hours after my initial request) and had the fridge fixed that day. They provided excellent service. I have already recommended them to a friend.

A very honest and professional company. The repair person had an honest, straightforward conversation with me about what repair was needed and why. He was willing to show me the problem issues and how he was going to fix it. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I have recommended Sunshine to a couple people already. I will use again.

Great service! I had a problem with my GE microwave that another company couldnâ t fix. The tech arrived on time was very polite and got straight to work. He diagnosed the issue and had a replacement part in his truck so my problem was solved within an hour. I would definitely use them again!

Prompt. Did the repair properly

My Whirlpool dryer began making screeching sound when started. Looked around a few service providers but couldn’t find one to schedule an appointment quickly. The Sunshine Appliance Repair, however, could schedule an appointment in two days. On the day of appointment, SAR called me about an hour ahead, and gave me exact time (to the minute) a technician would show up. He was right on time. The technician, Elija, was very professional: cordial, competent, and found out the problem immediately after opening the dryer panel. He was carrying the part in his van, so there was no need for extra time delay, i.e., ordering parts and scheduling another trip for installation. It was a very rare but pleasant experience in solving the agonizing problem of dryer repair. Thank you Elija.

The technician Elijah was very polite and effective. He cleaned the gas cooktop burners which solved the issue I called Sunshine to fix. However, he arrived at my house about an hour and forty-five minutes after the scheduled time. I received a call an hour and a half after the scheduled time to advise me of his arrival, but an earlier phone call would have been appreciated and appropriate. That will not prevent me from using Sunshine again, however.

Elija diagnosed the problem quickly and went right to work. He was methodical in his approach , and was done in a little over an hour (including cleanup). The problem was serious ice build-up not the fan as I had thought because of the noise. He checked the fans too and found them to be fine. So the job cost less than I expected. Appreciate his integrity. I will call this company again for any appliance problem.

I can't say enough good things about this whole effort and working with Sunshine. I inquired at 830pm about a problem with our dryer. I had already purchased the right kit to fix it but also knew a professional was needed. Sunshine representative Jessica answered my request that late at night, matched my kit cost for the parts and had an EXCELLENT technician in Elijah show up the next evening. I was kept up on his arrival time and all the pricing was half of the fixed price cost the HA site quoted me. The job was done way better than expected. He vacuumed out the lower dryer and later the entire work floor. He showed me the worn parts and explained what had been the cause of our trouble. He ran into an unexpected challenge that the manufacturer had left hidden and just fixed it... no extra cost, just wanted the customer happy. They even offered a retired military guy a break on the price. I am very detail oriented but I couldn't find anything at all that I wish they would have done differently. They were OUTSTANDING and I don't write that often at all! I would give them my strongest positive rating!!! Choose them and you will be happy you did.
