Mark Leon is certified and known in Hawaii for his expertise with fruit trees. He is rehabilitating my old mango tree from past butchering. Mark is the arborist who is in the tree doing the critical work. He also immediately identified damage in my monkey pod tree that had been overlooked by past tree trimmers. A falling 20 foot limb could have been a disaster. It is a relief to put my trust in Mark Leonâ s 30 years of experience and reputation in Hawaii. He is assisted by Jason and together they deliver expertise to care for the health of your trees.

Mark Leon of Sunshine Landscaping was referred to me by a tree vendor I called that could not help me. He is definitely the best referral I have ever had for any reason. I have an incredible avocado tree that has been producing large perfect avocados for the last four years. About a year ago I started noticing tiny insects on the bottom of the leaves. This year it was so much worse. The tree was almost bare of leaves making it extremely easy to visualize the multitude of avocados. I called no less than 10 vendors who claimed they were arborist and tree doctors but could not help me. I became desperate and so worried that my precious tree was going to die. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and also incredibly well certified. He explained a great deal about my precious tree. I had no idea how badly I was treating my tree. A week later he returned to spray my tree and prune it. Immediately after treatment, there was a remarkable difference. Leaves were no longer falling off the tree. New leaf growth is no longer in danger. I am very confident that my tree will live long and continue to produce the very large and creamy fruit my neighbors and family crave. He told me he would not need to see the tree again. Mark Leon works the miracles no one else is capable of. He truly loves what he does. Seriously, if you need an arborist there is no one else to consider. His fee was comparable to what the other vendors were quoting me. You will not be sorry.
