Asbestos Testing
They saved my life! They pointed out all that was wrong and could go potentially wrong with the condo that I was thinking about buying. I would recommend them to anyone for any reason, they are a lifesaver.

Very easy to work with. On the job promptly @ 7AM. Great communication as to what and when things would happen. You have to wait 10 days to start because of a state regulation but that's not the contractors fault. Very good price and value. They made a stressful time less stressful. It did not slow down the sale of my house. The place was spotless when they left. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Great job. I rated them a 5 because the scale did not go to 10.

Asbestos Abatement
They did an excellent job and at a great price! I submitted my request for abatement services through home advisor after business hours. I was contacted by Tamela the next day and she was able to come out two days later to give me a free estimate. We scheduled the work to be done in accordance with local/state filing procedures. The team did a great job, was professional, and had the work done within seven hours. Tamela was communicative through the whole process and answered any questions I had. Thanks Aspen and I would definitely recommend!

they were very quick to respond and complete the needed work to remove asbestos tape and duct work in the basement. We were able to the contingency on the home sale and move forward. Tamela was helpful and kept us updated on progress during the two day project.

I paid her for $90 for 3 hours and I cannot even see anything that she did. She didn't communicate with, she didn't do what I wanted , and now I'm out of $90 and still have a house I need to clean. I'm having a party, and now I'm going to have to find somebody else to do what I already paid her for.

"Customer contracted for 3 working hours, sight unseen. Per her budget with last minute notice. It was Not in the same condition as customer stated. Multiple cleaning of areas & scrapping were required. Husband was present with kids & another adult. He was made aware that it would take longer than she expected. He stated that they knew certain tasks might not be done, he cleans & some things haven't been done in 2 years. Customer received a half hour of free cleaning on top of what she paid for, just so the work could be finished. Additional hours of cleaning can be purchased for an extra charge."

She has only been here once so far, but she did far beyond what was expected. There were a couple of things we had to put off till next time, but it was a first time cleaning, so no complaints.
