Post Construction Clean up
Kay did a fantastic job cleaning up my house after I had the tile flooring replaced. She was very diligent and took care to ensure that everything was cleaned properly. She took the job on short notice and was a huge help in getting things back in order.

Kay was great!!! I needed a cleaning service on very short notice. I just moved in to a new apartment and it hadnâ t been properly cleaned before we arrived. Kay and team came to the rescue. We walked through the space when Kay arrived and then they got started. Within 2 hours, the place was sparkling!

Kay was so great! Replied to my inquiry almost immediately and was super quick to get out and clean our house. She was so friendly and she and her crew did a fantastic job getting our house cleaned after we finished up a reno. There was dust literally everywhere and now there isn’t. Thanks, Kay!

If I could give Sunshine Cleaning Service a 6 out of 5 I would in a heartbeat! We hired them to help get our house cleaned up after a large renovation. Every inch of the house was covered in construction dust and dirt. Kay and her team spent most of the day working on our home, and by the time they left things were shining! I would rehire and recommend them 100%!

Sunshine Cleaning was amazing! I’ve been renovating a condo on my own for months and created a mess. White oil and latex paints drops on my dark hardwood floor, drywall dust and debris everywhere. The paint stains were so bad I was considering reflooring the whole unit. Kay came by on a Wednesday to see the damage, said they could do it, and after four hours on a Saturday - had made the place look it was an open house presentation! The counter tops, cabinets, and top of the fridge were dust free; the floors cleaned and with 99.9% of the paint completed gone (some soaked too deeply to be removed, but that was my fault); and the bathrooms clean of gunk and grime. Sunshine Cleaning did an outstanding job! I’m overjoyed my condo looks like a place I can live in rather than a construction site now. I can’t recommend Sunshine Cleaning enough.

These ladies are great! They came to my rescue after a construction project created dust on literally every surface of my home. It was a nightmare. Kay was so prompt to respond and left my house the cleanest it has even been. I could not be happier with their level of service and communication. The best!

I love this company because it is family oriented and she doesnâ t have a lot of random people working for her. Their work is impeccable and their customer service is world class. My home is 6000 sq ft and they knocked it out in 1 week. I canâ t wait to recommend her to my friends and family. My entire experience with this company was a blessing!!!
