They did a rush job for me for they have a lot of employees and were able to take some of them off of a job that was not a rush. Did pay extra for the super quick turn around and it was totally worth it!

The floor refinishing itself was pretty good and the experience itself could have been a lot better. They could have spotted a piece of board that needed replacing in the entryway and alerted me and they did not. Since there was 1 extra piece of board that they ordered and I paid for, they could have done an outstanding job by providing service that was over what was expected. They did not go that extra step to provide outstanding service. I asked owner to put my furniture in the garage as it had to be removed from the house to refinish the floor. Instead, they put furniture on the deck without my consent. The problem with that was my expensive white upholstered Italian sofa had not been covered at the base and top. When I arrived at the house the next day, the deck was wet with dew. The sofa fabric was touching the deck and there were water stains. I was so upset and called him immediately. The owner did steam clean the sofa as he promised for free. The fact that directions were not followed really upset me. It did not seem to upset the owner. He did apologize at all. That small act of apology would have meant t a lot to me to show he cared about the mistake and my sofa. Also, I gave my house key to owner so he could let workers in. I asked for the key back at the end of the job. I was told it would be returned after payment was made. I mailed my check. One week later, I received an envelope with a hole in the left side and no key. When I talked to owner, he assured me he was there when secretary taped the key to piece of paper and then placed it in the envelope. When I called to tell him I was looking at the unopened envelope with the hole in it containing nothing, he disagreed that the envelope was empty and gave me no remedy to get my key back. I got a lot of arrogance and no remedy.
