He pressure washed the entire house one day and came back the next day and painted three gable ends and one exterior wall. He did a very good job. I would highly recommend SunShine Pros. I had a medical emergency when he first started on the second day. I called for his help. I called 911. He checked on me several times and spoke with the Fire Department when they arrived. For someone I did not know he did all he could for me and spoke to the Fire Department on my behalf. Again I highly recommend him and his business. He did a good job on what he was asked to do and went out of his way to handle my emergency. Also a very nice young man. This is the kind of person you want to do your job.

He did a great job cleaning out the gutters. He was very professional and on time.

I hired Carlos to wash the exterior of my homes. While part of the work was done properly, the job was left incomplete because the wooden stair areas were not cleaned. These areas were included in previous exterior washes, but this time they were excluded without notifying me in advance. When I raised the issue, I was told it would require an additional charge, even though the job already felt unfinished. I also made it clear from the beginning that I was not planning to clean the roof, but the solution offered was to return only if I agreed to a roof cleaning. Overall, the communication and job completion did not meet expectations, and I was disappointed that I may have to finish the remaining work myself.

Carlos did an exceptional job pressure washing my screened enclosure, pool deck and sidewalk. I also had him apply two coats of concrete paint. Everything was done on time and he cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend Sunshine Services Pros.
