Mr Moe, the owner and GC of Sunshine State Builders is an incredible person that stands out amongst the rest in his industry. I interviewed many GC’s to build my custom home. Moe made me feel at ease and provided a sense of confidence in the process. He was there everyday, overseeing his contractors and ensuring they finished their job well and timely. Moe was patient with my wife and me, as it was our first time building a home. We made many changes to the design, and went through several change orders (upgrades) but he was very transparent with pricing prior to the changes. Additionally, Moe introduced me to an amazing mortgage professional that primarily writes construction loans. This was an easy process and Moe helped manage the draws in phases. Over the time it took to construct our new home, we developed an incredible long lasting relationship with Moe and his daughter Melissa. He was so happy for our family when he handed me the keys. It was a moment I’ll never forget!

The job was a total rip out of the 2 bathrooms and floors . All done as told they cleaned up as they went . Job was done in the time frame I was told . Great communication .
