Excellent work replacing the roof of my detached garage today. Larry's communication and follow-through were exceptional and the work was high-quality and quick. He took pictures and informed me of the progress throughout, and the quote was fairly priced and held no surprises when the work was completed. His team was also respectful of my property and left it cleaner than it started. I'd highly recommend Sunshine State Roofing in a heartbeat and am already planning my next project with them because I was so impressed with their pricing, work ethic, courtesy, and end product.

The owner as well as their team employees work very hard on my property in Florida. Yes, they are truly in the professional. They are exceptional. They go above and beyond the work was beyond. My expectations was a leak in the roof hole in the roof due to hurricane Milton and this company definitely came and turn it around. I have a brand new roof with nothing but the best quality material that was used on it.

I chose sunshine state roofing because Adam was amazing! He was on time and explained everything to me. I wanted to upgrade our dilapidated shingle roof to a metal roof and he was very happy to answer all my questions without trying to push me in any direction. He just gave me facts and allowed me to make my own decisions. When it was time to have the roof done the crew amazed me. They were quick and proficient. They worked diligently and made sure everything looked 100%. Sunshine State Roofing will treat your house with the same respect and attention to detail as if it was their own. Nice family owned business that did a nice job and reasonably priced. They came on schedule and cleaned up after themselves.

Customer service could't have been any better. My roof was installed only 1 week after I signed the contract. The crew was on time and worked very hard. They were very friendly. I had been ripped off twice before hiring them so i was a bit nervous but they were great. I got a quality roof at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

They are easy to deal with. They sent 15 year professionals to my job. Each day their clean up was impeccable. They quietly went about their work. Lastly, they give a 10 year warranty in writing on the work. Roof looks great.
