Robert is reliable and delightful to work with! He makes a huge difference with natural lighting in our home. I really trust him! I like that he uses environmentally friendly methods such as chemical free window cleaning solutions. I also like the variety of services he offers like blind cleaning and power washing. He has a small local company that has been around since 1999, and is such a wonderful guy!

I hired Bob to clean windows. I was very disappointed with the quality of work. He came right away to give an estimate and was there when promised but unfortunately, the quality of work was poor. I e-mailed him to express this and received no response. I would not recommend him to clean windows. It was not an easy job, it's an older home and the windows hadn't been washed in a long time. I feel it doesn't excuse the poor quality work though.

"I Showed up on time and worked for several hours on the windows; i explained to the customer that the windows which were over a hundred years old to the point that all the glaseing had fallen out and on top of it each window had to come out of its frame to be cleaned were not cleaning well she commented they looked good 100 year old glass only cleans so well especially if not maintained"

Bob is very personable and professional. He is the only contractor in the area that has the ultrasonic machine to clean our Roman Shades. No one else would touch them. 8 years of dust, kitchen splatter, grime, and cat fur were no challenge for him to remove and make the white roman shades look like new. I was impressed with how much his business has to offer, and we are hiring him to come back to clean our windows and screens. Again, Bob has the ultrasonic cleaning tank, unlike others. His price is ideal, and he is extremely knowledgeable.

Called almost immediately after I posted a request for quotes. I needed the windows done ASAP and he booked an appointment to do the cleaning 2 days later. Arrived on time, performed the work as requested and did a great job. The cost was higher than quoted but that was our fault. Apparently we do not know how many windows we have and under estimated the number of window by 10! However, his cost per window was what he quoted. I would hire this company again.

I would not hire this company again. Windows are still dirty, with drips and smudges on most. This was a big job and the contractor was not prepared to spend the time needed to do a good job. Rather than cleaning the windows with a squeegee, he sprayed them from the outside with a mini power hose. This did NOT clean the windows.

"This is not true i did not spray them with a power washer i removed the dirt and debri of the windows first with the power washer than i cleaned the straw and bugs out of the windows to note that most of the windows were over 20 years old and painted shut also some of them had rotted sashes, after i washed the storm windows with my water purification system i cleaned the inside storm windows then i returned to cleaning the outside french pain windows with the hand held power wsaher the reason i do this is to wash all the oxide paint of the windows then i go back and wasdh them with the water purifacation system which is designed to clean"

when he arrived he didnot want to do the job. He wanted to hold the hose and wash outside the windows where as I wanted all the screens to be cleaned. He didnot not read my requirements and didnot listen properly the number of windows I mentioned.

Although the sun beats on the one side of my 4-story house all day long, I was a bit disappointed that the windows are still tainted after a professional cleaning. A few years back I had the windows cleaned by a professional, and I recall the windows on that side of the house squeaky clean. Overall I am satisfied with the service, price, and how quickly the job was planned and expedited. Yes, I would recommend Sunshine Window Cleaning service to everyone I know.
