Warren replaced our metal patio cover and we loved everything about the experience. He was prompt coming out to give the estimate, and the job was completed when he said he would do it. He and his crew were very professional and did demolition and removal of the old patio cover and installed the new one in one day. He also installed the patio lights and hung a shade for us. His prices were reasonable and workmanship excellent.

Warren and his Sunsmart crew are an incredibly easy company to work with. His quote was delivered as promised. His contract is professional and detailed. What I didn't understand, he explained in layman's terms. His lead time was short and he completed the job within the time promised. Warren and his crew are great guys - very kind and respectful. Workmanship is exceptional and they cleaned up spic and span. I now have beautiful, functional back and front patio covers! (He also fixed two of my foundation vents. What a guy!)

On Thanksgiving morning we woke up to the shock of finding our carport awning had collapsed on one of our cars due to the high winds. Oh boy, I had to find someone fast! I had never used Home Advisor before, and was feeling very anxious. I followed the steps on the website to start a project. After a few short questions I was given several qualified professionals. I chose Sunsmart Patios after reading the reviews. A few minutes later Warren called me, and arrived within an hour of my original request for service! He was able to stabilize the awning to prevent further damage, give an very reasonable estimate and, schedule a time to complete the project. He just completed the project today in less than a day and a half. He was even able to upgrade the materials without any additional cost. Excellent communication, workmanship, and professionalism. I was very nervous looking for someone who could do the job correctly at a reasonable price and offer warranty. Warren was honest and professional from the beginning. I was at work when he did the estimate, but my neighbors were looking out for me and verified everything that Warren told me he did. He sent me the estimate and when I said yes the contract came promptly after that. It was all laid out and easy to understand. If I had any questions Warren was able to answer them and put me at ease. He ordered the parts and they came on time. He came out and had the job done in one day! It looks beautiful, it's sturdy, and I asked for another estimate for another job for my home. This was one of the best experiences dealing with an unexpected home repair.

This was by far my best experience with a contractor. Warren always arrived when he said he would, usually finished ahead of the predicted time for that day, did the install himself, and was very patient with my many questions. I did a complete remodel inside my house last year, and I am quite familiar with business owners that sell you on their product, write up a contract, and then you never see them again, leaving you to deal with multiple subcontractors to do the work. That never happened with Warren. I am so grateful and pleased with his professionalism, expertise, and quality of work!! This is very rare!! I absolutely LOVE my new patio covers!!
