Aluminum or Steel Fence Installation
This company is the absolute worst! Please dont use them. They installed a fence on a Thursday, when my sprinkler system came on the following Monday, they had broken a water line and there is flooding in my backyard right under a post they installed. See picture. I called and emailed a video to them only to be advised that they will not take responsibility per contract. They would not even come to look at it in person! I understand contracts but they are not standing behind their company, installers, or workmanship. Now I will be stuck with a bill from something they caused. They have no morals, ethics or integrity. They dont want to do whats right and it is very sad to see a company do this to a customer. Also , I was told they use quality material. I should have asked to see a sample because the fencing is very flimsy and cheap compared to a neighbor. Buyer beware. *unable to upload photo, saying it is too large. I will try to fix this.

Great job done by Luis Lopez on the installation. Troy set up the install and Bryan came out to flag and measure. They were all professional and courteous. The installer Luis was great. He explained the process and answered all my questions. It showed that he knew what he was doing. He payed attention to every detail and cleaned up as he went along. We are happy with the install. Thank you Luis for your hard work. I would recommend Luis at Sunstate fence and Gate to all our friends and family members.

I had my fence installed about six years ago, I have been very satisfied with my fence. I broke three pieces of my fence. I contacted Sunstate for replacement parts. Vanessa, the office manager, was extremely helpful. She found the three pieces that I needed the next day after I called. When I got the pieces she did not charge me for them. I am very satisfied with Sunstate Fence!

I could not be more pleased with Sunstate Fence. They did a fantastic job installing the 3' black chainlink fence I wanted. The cost was reasonable, the workers were excellent and Sunstate was very easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

Their workers are a joke. They do what they want to do, never listen to customers, work is the poorest quality. My fence is a joke... I I had more money to throw away I would RIP out their excuse of a fence.

Troy and Saily are great and so easy to work with. Signed for the fence to be purchases the day Troy came out to measure. Quoted for an installation date of 4 weeks out, but ended up only being 2 weeks out and completely done the whole fence in one day! Highly recommend Sunstate Fence!

Although the salesperson was polite, that?s where the positives end. Troy was helpful and accommodating, however, the subcontractors are horrible. Non-English speaking, put my fence in the wrong place, used the wrong latch to close the gate and more. The team came to repair the faulty lock, I was told they would shim the lock and make it even and attractive. It was neither. Sadly, I do not recommend this company... I refuse to pay the balance until I get the fence I was promised.

I have hired 5 different fence companies over the last 30 years. I had problems with all of them until I hired Sunstate. They let me know the day before they were going to arrive. I spoke about my specific needs with the crew that worked to build exactly what I needed. Excellent communication! If I ever need more fence work, I will hire Sunstate.
