"The customer had purchased their house and wanted the garage floor to have our epoxy chip design over their existing cement floor. We made plans to juggle our customer base in order to suit there needs. We made a deadline with them, in order for there movers to walk and use this space to hold boxes. Somewhere along the line the customers wife got involved and decided she knew better than our companies process on how to put down and cure our system before the movers came. ( As the person who answers the phone, I answer the phone for Sunstate and have never made mention that the workers weren't come to their house because the were drinking beer. Apparently someone was but it wasn't us) After man hours were spent on the floor, they decided that there was no way we knew what we were talking about we asked for the man hours to be compensated ( Not knowing we spent additional funds on the Chips / Epoxy / or the sealer which comes with a shelf life ) In fairness to the Homeowners they lack of planning did not constituent and emergency on our part, but we made our commitment, and had everything set for there work be completed on time."
