Vincent called me on the first day he was contacted by servicemagic. There was no high pressure sales talk. He came out the next day and measured. His price was the best of 3 quotes. He called the day the shade was ready and made an appointment for the next day to install. He went above and beyond the call of duty and fixed my plantation shutter that was missing 3 hooks at no charge and then helped me get my old kitchen sink into the trunk of my car!!! He exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend him highly.
