Good price, good work, slow paperwork

They cheated me out of my down payment I gave them 3 months ago and never did the job or return calls.

At first they are okay and easy to talk to but once they got the down payment they will not return my calls. I have called and left messages and emailed and nothing.

At the beginning of my experience was good but now not their not returning calls

Horrible service would never recommend them. Took a down payment and said 3 weeks to do the job. After three weeks they said two weeks after calling three time and talking to salesman. I cancelled them and then the next day they showed up. They have no idea what there doing.

I had planned on having gutters installed on the entire house. They talked me out of that by inspecting the gutters that were in place and determining that I just needed a few gutter diverts installed. I did have about 80 ft. of gutter installed over my air conditioners and pool pumps.

Paid them money and never heard from them again.

They took a little while to give me a call back. But once I was able to schedule a time for them to come out, the process was pretty painless. Good quality work so far. I guess only the rainy season will tell.

Be there in person for every step of the job. Wires got crossed as well as communications on what exactly was to be done. But the job is completed and I am very pleased.

The installer was very professional. I was amazed to see how one person put the gutters and down spouts on in a short amount of time

The salesman that came to our home to provide pricing was great. Explained everything and very professional. His name was Bill B. [Consumer name withheld at their request]. We signed the contract and provided a down payment check on 2/26/18 and it cleared our bank account. On 3/27/18, the installers arrived and installed the gutters and did a great job. Cleaned up their debris and all was well. Paid them the final check #1548 in full. I was very happy with the above service. However, about 2 weeks ago, I received a phone call that I owed them money. I explained to the employee that I had already paid them and the check cleared my account. Provided the check numbers and dates they were paid. Explained to employee they needed to check their records for where they applied the checks. Today, I received another call regarding we owed them funds. I explained the above again and the employee wanted to argue with me over the phone. Finally just hung up on her. I suggest that you be careful with their payment process because it seems their bookkeeping is not up to par. That is why I gave the company a 1 on customer service. I am 70 years of age and do not have a printer to prove this payment was made except my online checking account that shows it was paid. I do not have time to go to bank because my long time partner is disabled and has had surgery recently. I feel I should not be responsible for their accounting records and their inefficient bookkeeping records.

The original installation was scheduled for March 1st nobody showed up and I never got a phone call to explain what had happened. I made phone calls to the company and nobody answered the phone Until 3 days later. We finally were able to establish a second installation date which was done and the work manship was excellent. I am very pleased with the final product.

The two installers were very professional in the work. Very happy with them Very courteous in explaining how they were installing to make sure there was good drainage.

the sales dept. tells you one thing to get the sale then the crew arrives and tells you they don't do what the sales told you they do so the job is not finished because I have to find another company to do what I was told would be done

This was a small job. they responded immediately and did an excellent job. Friendly courteous. will hire again.

They did such a good job that I have recommended Suntec to friends that were also very satisfied with their work.
