    Supa is Super!!! Nice people and straight forward. They listed to what I wanted, they advised ways it could be done, provided a reasonable quote and made it happen. Each step of the way letting me know what was being done. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND SUPA!!!!

    The only positive was that Gregg was quick to respond to the call. The interaction was of little to no added value which I guess brings up the other positive that there was no service fee for coming out. He evaluated the unit for two minutes to tell me it needed to be completely replaced, no repair was possible, even as a tempering measure...please pay $4,850 for a new unit. Thank goodness I called another company for a second opinion that actually provided service rather than trying to sell me a new AC unit. My AC was repaired for $195 by another provider. I will not trust Gregg for any further service.

    Gregg was very unprofessional. He was very difficult to deal with as he resisted every basic request I made. Being that I am an out of state landlord I asked for a video to show me what was going on and he resisted. He sent a worker who did take a video and explained that the evaporator coil was clogged. I asked him to provide me with a written quote showing the scope of work. Again he resisted but finally agreed to send me an email with one sentence “Supa Air and Heat is please to present a proposal to unclog Evaporator Coil in the attic at the above address… $540.” Feeling frustrated but trying not to make waves I asked for him to include the 30 day warranty her verbally guaranteed me. He was supposed to show up the next morning so I both emailed and texted him asking him to respond to confirm the warranty and both were ignored. I also texted him to confirm the exact time he expected to arrive. Ironically that was the only communication that he responded to. Immediately after he was done he called me to get my credit card number to charge me for the service. I again asked him about confirming the warranty and in a confrontational tone he gave me all kinds of excuses as to why he didn’t get around to doing it. In the end he said he will include it on the invoice. Overall, a very bad experience and I would not recommend him to anyone for fear he would have a negative impact on my reputation. I use Home Advisor to hire all of the professionals I use for all repairs and installations. I always have a very positive experience and 99% of the professionals are true professionals. While I see he has many positive ratings I have to say that my experience was quite the opposite.

    Supa Air made a service call on a Saturday after Hurricane Irma. The service was provided in a professional and personable manner. I felt confident that the technician (Greg) was very knowledgeable and able to get the job done. I would recommend Supa Air without reservation!
