"Thank you for your review. Our company did complete the work. The way our company works is we provide an estimate for the projects the customer requests. The customer then approves the estimate for the work and a work order is generated for the approved items only. We scheduled the work and completed all the approved items on the work order. The customer then requested for an item to be removed from the work order as it was back ordered. He then requested other items to be added the last day of work. Our company was able to complete an installation for an icemaker that was added that was not on the approved work order. We advised the customer that the other items he requested would have to be completed at a later date depending on schedule availability. The customers phone call was returned when we were available to speak. When speaking to the customer he was very berating and was not happy with our responses. He then threatened to personally do everything to take down our company and that he is retired and has nothing better to do. It's unfortunate that we could not come to an agreement and would have been happy to complete the other items that were requested. Yes we were paid for only the items that were approved by the customer for the work order that was completed. We were not paid for the additional items that the customer requested in addition to the work order. The customer still owes a balance for the additional items that he requested be added. .."

We're sorry to the **son** of the customers whose parents hired us that you feel you were chastised by Kelly who simply corrected you by letting you know she is the business partner of the company because you were not aware of her name and assumed because she is a woman that she is the **helper** of the company. Stating you were hollered at is not accurate in the least and very exaggerated. We were hired to repair a garbage disposal, reinstall door trim, install gutter downspouts, and replace a soffit vent.
