Super Care Appliance Repair

Had a great experience with Super Care for our broken dryer. They called back first thing in the morning after I left a message the night before, and sent someone out the next day. Luke was right on time, quick, efficient, and helpful, and the fix was done with a half hour, and the price was reasonable.

Quick response time. Came out and made the diagnosis as to why both double ovens had failed...he got the parts within days and now both ovens are operational. Luke is an honest, reliable and very professional guy .. I would highly recommend him and his work.

Luke called me within a few minutes of placing a request. We spoke about my issue, answered my questions regarding his pricing and called me back within 10 minutes with costs for the parts. He was actually able to come by a little sooner than the appointment time, explained the problem and how he was fixing the appliance thoroughly. It took longer than he anticipated to fix the appliance as the microwave/convection oven needed to be removed from the wall and taken apart. He stayed with his quoted price. By going with Luke and having my appliance repaired I was able to save over $2k; with Luke doing the repair I was able to save over $400 when compared to a quote I received from a large appliance store. Highly recommend.
