Left Murphy’s wood soap residue all over wood floor. Promised to take care of it next day at noon. Instead, called two days later to see if still needed to come. Nope, handled it. You're fired.

Like so many other maid service, first visit is great and on time. Then next time is no show and rescheduled, then the next time they send a replacement who spoke ZERO English, then the fourth time no respond to text and no show, when we finally got ahold of her, Anna seem clueless to why keeping a schedule or calling in advance or even responding to text was too much trouble for her. So we Fired her. Also some of the replacement she send was incompetent and clean toilet with rubber gloves then do dishes!!!! so in summation, Anna the owner is a bait and switch master and to top it off we tipped her every time just to get this level of unprofessionalism. Stay away!

Ana is the greatest. She's friendly, on time and professional. Brought all of the tools needed to clean my house. I have alot of glassware and she and her assistant were very careful with my things and still did the required work needed quickly.I will be using her every week. Good workers are hard to find.Thank you so much Ana😊
