They were on time and did the job and it smelled 100% better I was a little concern that I spoke to mr. Church and they told my son that the vent was not working in the living room and instead of calling me to see if I wanted it repaired. I called Mr. Church and I am waiting for his call. So hopefully I will be able to get it fixed they said that it would not be much ,but I wish they would have contacted me at the time they were out there. But I am very pleased with what they did do.

THEY CAME EXACTLY AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND APOLIGIZED BECAUSE THEY HAD TO TURN OFF THE HEAT WHILE THEY WORKED. WE HAD A PROBLEM LATER THAT NIGHT, THE HEAT WENT OFF, I CALLED CALVIN CHURCH AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE OUT THE NEXT MORNING BUT SHOWED HIS CONCERN THAT WE HAD TO DO WITHOUT HEAT ALL NIGHT. I DON' T BELIEVE THE PROBLEM WAS ANYTHING THEY DID WHILE CLEANING THE DUCTS. HE WAS AT MY HOME AT 7:45 A.M. AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE SUPER.

This group dispelled all my skepticism about this industry when they came out for the estimate. He brought a camera to view inside the ducts. We'd had a whole house reconstruction project to clean up from. They were very professional....worked very hard....and after they finished, we did the camera process again. Amazing and I can really tell the difference when I'm cleaning house. It stays cleaner now. Nice job!

Very good at their job, on time and very thorough

Calvin was great to work with. He was professional and flexible on the schedule. The work crew were thorough and efficient. The only issue I have is I had to reinstall all the vent covers. They were all replaced backwards. This is mainly due to the type of AC unit in a condo. Any other unit would have worked well with the way the crew put on the vent covers but this unit doesn't have the air intake of a regular household AC unit. Thirty minutes of my time required to turn the vent covers around but all is clean and correct now.
