The company will not answer your calls or text messages. When installing the alarm monitoring service, Carlos Rosado, the owner looked directly at the key pad when I enter the password, and he did not follow my written contact monitoring instructions, I discovered that when the alarm security device was triggered the monitoring service was calling him first instead of our private police force. Mr. Rosado will not follow your instructions to process the payments, he will ignored you and is not accountable to his clients. I cancelled the alarm monitoring services. As far as security services he refused to give me details regarding the dvr and cameras. I decided not to purchase a surveillance security system from him.
