Osama was amazing. He serviced/fixed my lift master gate and walked me through his process of diagnosing the problem and then fixing it. He also identified another mechanical issue that required a simple bolt/nut replacement which he did on the spot, which resulted in the gate operating more quickly/smoothly. The team was quick and responsive in scheduling, showed up within the scheduled window, and were very kind and easy to work with. I told Osama that a different company quoted a complete motherboard replacement, but after a few minutes Osama had done his full diagnostics and resolved the issue. Ended up saving me a lot of money compared to the other company's recommendation. Highly recommended!
