These guys were very nice and really did a nice job on our air conditioning unit. I know we did talk about getting a new air but we need to wait until we get some issues taken care of with our Sunroom. We have got to handle that first. But these guys were great.

Super Heat & Air came out, we needed new system; Calta Show praises them so wasn't worried; have new system and don't have to worry for 10 years (in Florida, that's a big deal). salesman gave us window unit for night so we could sleep comfortably. miscommunication between salesmen and whoever was suppose to come finish a couple things, so Rob and Chuck came out to see what still needed to be done--in the meantime, Alex met them out here to fix those things the same day--they made up for time we had waited for those things and did some extra things for us, so I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you need to take advantage of no-interest financing/need new unit

Great all around experience

I called on Friday 8/2 to schedule an appointment for a problematic A/C unit. The earliest they could schedule for was Sunday morning between 10-12noon. On Saturday the company called me to confirm the appointment for Sunday am. Sunday morning came and the company never called, never showed. I called the company and they could not get a hold of any of their technicians and could not confirm that they would come to perform the service. I cannot recommend any company that can't even show up for their appointment. I highly recommend you do not use this company. I can't imagine a company so poorly run that they can't show up for their appointment or at the very least call and let you know you are delayed. Companies like this need to go out of business.

Honest, dependable

The work was completed the same day I put in a request, and that included the removal and replaceent of the entire HVAC system.

They were scheduled to come Monday, July 8. Between 3-5. Man named Daniel called at around 4:45 to say he would not make it he still had 2 calls before us. Said he could come Thursday between 9-11 never showed or called

The turnaround time for the project to complete was beyond expectations

Excellent work and customer service. Honest and kind. Understood our financial situation and did repair on only what was needed. Will absolutely be using them again.

We woke up with...no AC. Went on Home Advisor and were immediately connected to Super heat & Air. they came out right away and our service technician Chris Fletcher was knowledgeable, courteous and very personable. Clearly, we were impressed with him and took comfort in knowing that he and the company were going to deliver on their commitments.
