When I bought the unit from them, they were great. Service was good but a new company came in and bought them out and now they suck. Iâ  ve got in the unit and itâ  s broken and they canâ  t come fix it because the stupid ******** arenâ  t licensed in Hernando County get your **** together people who live in any other county other than Hillsboro do not use these people.

Always professional! Today was the final part of our new system and duct work. Issan and Josh were very professional and completed the job. Insulation put in and cleaned up. We will always recommend Super Heat and Air!!!

On October 28 2023, my AC was not keeping up. So I called them to help me. The technician said, I have a leak in my coil. He gave a price of $1700 for the labor. Now I've been with out AC for 2days nows waiting. So I got a second opinion and I called Progressive Air. They came with in 6 hours and did the same test and said that you have no leaks and you are low on freon. They put the necessary amount in. The bill was under 3 hundred dollars. Super heat and air are Crooks. Don't let them in your home.

I had a very disappointing experience with Superior Heat and Air. On 9/27, I called them to address issues with my AC unit, which was blowing inconsistent air from hard to soft through the vents. The technician who arrived quickly identified the problem, which I was initially pleased with. However, my satisfaction quickly turned to frustration when I received my email receipt. The receipt didn't align with the work that was actually done. It claimed that a fan motor attached to existing blades was replaced outside when, in reality, the work was done in my air handler in my attic .Moreover, I was promised a one-year warranty, but this was nowhere to be found on my receipt. The technician removed the part from my air handler, assuring me he'd return within the hour with a new part. However, almost two hours later, he came back and claimed to have installed the part at the shop. When I tried to contact Superior Heat and Air to discuss these discrepancies and the missing warranty, I faced numerous issues. My calls were either disconnected, put on hold indefinitely, or went unanswered due to a full mailbox. Frustrated and seeking resolution, I emailed them the following day, requesting a detailed receipt, information about the supplier of the AC part, a copy of the warranty, and a corrected receipt reflecting the actual work done on my air conditioner. Unfortunately, my email as well as a letter I sent went unanswered as well. Feeling frustrated and unheard, I decided to do some research and discovered that Superior Heat and Air has a dismal D-minus rating on the Better Business Bureau. I highly recommend reading all the reviews, especially on the BBB, as it appears many customers' concerns have been left unaddressed. Based on my experience and the company's poor track record, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Superior Heat and Air to anyone.

Great service at a great price!

The HVAC system was failing and the technician could not figure out what the problem was and told me to hire an electrician. He suggested that if he changes a part on the AC unit it could fix the problem. It did not work and he did not want to put my old part back on the unit. He proceeded to charge me $500 for the part and labor. Mind you that I had another HVAC company take a look and figured out the problem and even mention that the part that was changed by the first technician was not wired properly and could have caused further damage to my AC system. Complete lack of knowledge and INTEGRITY on part of this technician who represents this company. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Colin listened and explained my issue with my A/C unit in detail. Very professional and worked fast to get my a/c unit running again. I was happy that they were able to come out so quickly. I will be using this company again and will recommend to my neighbors!

This is the worst AC company ever! I paid over $15,000 for a new AC system, ductwork, and insulation and they do not even stand behind their products and WARRANTY! They do not know what they are doing, they are management is HORRIBLE and they are if anything, LAZY! They do whatever they want to and just ignore your requests! I wish I would have gone with a more reputable company and I will never deal with this company ever again! Save your hard-earned money and go with a more reputable and better-priced company because this is one of the WORST AC companies that I have ever dealt with! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I hired this company to clean the ducts in my house and they were awesome. Kobe came out and was very professional and courteous. The job was performed quickly and efficiently and all messes were cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this company for any air conditioning service needs.

The service guy was Stacy,he was very nice and new what he was doing.I will definetly use this company and ask for Stacy again.Our home was 83 degrees and he fixed the air for us.

I had a roofing company come out February of 2021 to inspect my roof damages. They found that it had be replaced and went through my insurance company. I asked about solar and they did advise that Super Solar who is owned by Super Heat and Air would be partnering up to install solar panels along with a new AC unit and water heater. Around May of 2021 is when I got my HVAC replaced, but not what was stated it the contract which was a 2.5 ton unit. The morning Super Heat and air arrived, they came with a 3.5 ton unit. I was adamant about the size being too big for my almost 1500 sqft home. So after some talking to they agreed to bring a 3 ton instead (which is something I shouldn't have to explain to an HVAC company). The same day, the AC stop working forcing me to stay with no air conditioning in the summer for a few days because they couldn't get technician out. They sent out a plumber to replace my water heater which was suppose to be a 50 gallon hybrid tank. Well low and behold the 50 gallon tank did not fit in the space where the previous tank was. So they installed a tankless water heater instead. At this point there are now 2 different equipment that was changed from the original contract. It's is now August 2021 and they are finally installing my solar unit. Remember the contract was signed and dated back in February. They are now telling me yet again that there was a change in unit from my original contract. Instead of getting 14 panels, I received 11. Assuring me that I would produce the amount that was stated. My contracts says 95 percent reduction but my unit only produces 50 percent of my usage at max. I reached out to the manager back in October and he assured me that they would make it right But yet to do so. I've left several messages and emails with do follow through. I just want someone to take accountability and deliver what was promised to me. I'm not asking for more that what I agreed to. It's been long enough.

They were the first to respond to my request. The wew friendly, fast and efficient. Yes it was an expensive project but I know it was worth every penny!

Stacey, the service tech, called prior to his arrival and came within the service time. He did a fantastic job with the checkup and explained what he doing. Gave tips to help maintain the air conditioning unit. Great customer service. Thank you.

thing so so still need thing done but guess I am have to have to call them the last guy that was out here on Oct.13 said he would have someone to call me the next day will here it is 2 days later and still no call need my duck work fix

Crooks!! Tried telling me I needed to replace my whole ac unit for 10k. The only reason I contacted them was because they were the soonest to arrive. I told them to pound sand. My regular tech came out and simply replaced to capacitor and air was on. Stay away!

Came out that day, checked everything out, showed us what happened and how to avoid it in the future.

Dispatch/Scheduler person was very pleasant. The technician that serviced our unit was professional, courteous and spent time explaining and showing us the problem and the resolution. I will definitely use this company again.

Josh was great. He came out to take care of my needs with in the same day of making the call. Very attentive.
