The videos of the roof were greatly appreciated. Unlike another roofer, he did not attempt to sell a complete roofing job.

repaired facia and put up new gutters there are gaps in the facia and the new gutters leak(badly) the price of the work was very very high for what they did

Mario went above and beyond all of my expectations. He was timely, professional and HONEST. He sent pictures, videos, kept me informed, and he priced the job extremely fair. I'm in NYS and my house is in the Albany area. Due COVID-19, I was unable to make it south to supervise the progress myself. That's why I'm so grateful to finally meet a contractor with morals and standards. I would highly recommend Super Mario and his team for roofing and handyman jobs....Do not fear Super Mario is near! There was a bit of a communication issue with the estimator (Mario). But the owner was very receptive. Important FYI, I am not certain about the estimator's compensation package but be assertive and prepare to negotiate the price. I overpaid because I did not understand the "rules." And I committed a fatal error, I responded to the initial prices with too high a counter. Don't low-ball but be prepared to negotiate. Regardless the estimator is a nice guy.

It was at first they over charge me this price 3xs then he said he had some of the materials and he had nothing I had to rent a generator also a dumpster then he said it would take 2 days and it took ten!!!!! Never again Mario.

Great response time. Attempting to get good reliable people to work is half the equation. Showing up and actually completing the task is the real deal. Will make it a point to provide at least one good referral to friends and family.

I hired Mario to repair my roof, they came out did the work and I paid them, yesterday I noticed I still had the same problem after it rained, so I called Mario several times and he has not got back to me

I contacted Super Mario's Roofing for an estimate and the next morning they were on the roof making the repairs. (They had to fix the mess that S&S roofing left.) That kind of turn around time is unheard of in Pelham, Ga. The next day it rained and finally, no more leaks. They were quiet, careful, and respectful. They cleaned up well. I only stepped on one roofing nail. They will be my go-to people for any roofing needs from now on!
